You can learn to improve your management of diabetes, weight reduction,\u00a0 living smoke free. Moreover, we cover dealing with stress by using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Several of our Self Management Courses are run in association with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.easthealth.co.nz\/selfmanagement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">East Health Trust<\/a>.<\/p><p>While you are taking a greater part in managing your health, we are here to support you. Our Botany team offer support by providing you with more information and options to plan the type of health care you need in the future.
